Hi, I'm Lauren.
I've integrated every chapter of my career into the next. A touring musician who built a tutoring practice that put 200 students through college. An educator who saved $20K in a shoebox and taught herself to code. An engineer who survived two layoffs, a rescinded offer, and COVID the week before FAANG finals — and came out with offers from Shopify, Amazon, and Google. A founder who saved the runway and left engineering on her own terms. Who launched a coaching practice, a course, an AI platform, and a content studio — and did it all in her first year as a new mother. The through-line was never the title. It was always the ability to see what's possible and build toward it.
I've spent 15 years figuring out how to move people to their next chapter.
Before I was an engineer or a coach, I spent ten years working with students who learned differently than traditional systems expected. I worked with 200 of them. Every single one went on to college.
I was developing the methodology I use today — not the tactics, but the deeper work. Seeing each person clearly. Helping them see the process clearly. The tactics followed naturally. They always do.
What changes when you work with me.
See yourself clearly — your experience, your value, your story, on your own terms.
See the process clearly — how rooms actually decide, what interviewers are really listening for.
Move with intention — not desperation, not fear, not a distorted map.
Build the next chapter on purpose — role, pivot, portfolio, or something you create yourself.
Land — and negotiate — from clarity, not urgency.
